Announcing Pretium Construction & Maintenance

The Italian Kitchen Lake Country  and Mark Kemper, VP Pretium Construction and Maintenance are pleased to release a sneak peak at the new sign for THE ITALIAN KITCHEN LAKE COUNTRY (formerly Ricardo’s ). 
Mark Kemper who is well known both in the OKANAGAN and in the Los Angeles area for his unique style of woodwork now heads the new division along with Willy Reiten a long time resident of Vernon BC.  Reiten was at the glass plant in Lavington for 30 years and is well know in Vernon.  
Katie Dahl, a founder and key executive at Pretium in the restaurant group states “Every time Willy or Mark come around the corner everyone just smiles.  They are so nice you just want to give them a hug.  “ 

The Italian Kitchen Company of Vernon BC completes The District Eatery (formerly Ricardo's Lake Country ) acquisition



Further to its internal news release November 21 , 2018 , The Italian Kitchen Company , Vernon BC has successfully completed the acquisition of The District Eatery  - formerly Ricardo's Lake Country , one of the leading casual fine dining restaurants since 2001 . Tucked away on a quiet road just outside Kelowna, Ricardo's for many years offered fabulous , authentic dishes in a Tuscan - inspired 50 seat dining room, designed by Georgie Award winner Tara Trompetter , makes this a perfect fit for The Italian Kitchen - Lake Country - where family and friends can meet to enjoy wonderful mediterranean inspired food. Both Ricardo's and The Italian Kitchen have always shared  the same passion of freshly prepared dishes and no deep friers at both locations  - this will continue for many years to come.
